Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

- Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and implement CCH Tagetik solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure data models, dimensions, workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Financial Processes

- Implement and support:
- Financial Consolidation & Close
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Management Reporting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Disclosure Management
- Regulatory and Statutory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.

Data Integration & Reporting

- Design and support integrations between Tagetik and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Workday.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop financial reports, management dashboards, and analytical solutions.

Project Delivery

- Manage project deliverables and timelines for assigned workstreams.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and design reviews.




- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support UAT, training, production deployment, and hypercare activities.

Support & Enhancements

- Analyze incidents and resolve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support system upgrades and current feature adoption.

Stakeholder Management

- Interact with Finance, Controllership, FP&A;, and IT stakeholders.
- Present solution designs and implementation recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in CPM/EPM implementations.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Tagetik implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- CCH Tagetik Certification preferred.
- Experience in global finance transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, Workday, or other ERP platforms.
