We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our Real Estate team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in our real estate projects.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about projects, locations, pricing, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads consistently through calls and other communication channels.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for further client handling.
- Maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.
- Consistently work towards lead conversion, site visits, and sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support,



or client handling.
- Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Tamil and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
