Key Responsibilities

- Patient Navigation & Concierge: Greet patients, assist with hospital registrations, guide them to consultation rooms, and support them through admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
- Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Resolve issues tactfully and channel complex or clinical problems to the appropriate department head.
- Appointment & Care Coordination: Schedule appointments, send reminders, track patient flow, and maintain constant communication between patients, doctors, and nursing staff.
- Counseling & Education: Provide basic information regarding treatment plans, packages, cost structures, and hospital services to ensure patients feel informed and comfortable.
- Relationship Building: Conduct regular follow-ups before and after consultations to ensure continuity of care and build long-term trust

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
