We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager for our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and team performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.




- Work closely with marketing and other departments to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
