JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process – Insurance role supporting an international insurance process.

The ideal candidate should have prior international voice experience, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to handle international customer interactions professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international customer calls related to insurance services
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance
- Resolve customer queries while following established process guidelines
- Maintain customer service and quality standards




- Accurately update customer information and interaction details
- Meet defined productivity and performance targets

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in Australia shifts
- Willing to work from Magarpatta, Pune

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
