We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate who can identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Pitch Raptor Marketing's digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present customized marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors,



and industry developments.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1.5-3 Years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers can also apply.
