Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 years in litigation

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all litigation matters related to property, contracts, and regulatory issues across
projects.
* Coordinate with external legal counsels, attend court hearings, and manage case
documentation.
* Maintain litigation trackers, prepare case summaries, and ensure timely filing of responses
and affidavits.
* Draft, review, agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents related to real estate
and construction activities.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s / master’s degree in law (LLB / LLM).
 Solid knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, arbitration, and
construction contracts.
 Experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation in real estate domain.
Language proficiency - Kannada mandatory
