Key tasks of the job include:

- managing the entire residential bungalow construction project

- overseeing building work on site

- undertaking surveys and setting out sites

- checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

- supervising contracted staff and labour

- ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales

- ensuring work is carried out as per the PMC (Project Management Consultant)

- liaising with the client, subcontractors, architect, structural consultant and other qualified staff

- providing technical advice and solving problems on site

- preparing daily site reports, progress reports and other paperwork

- coordinating with the architect and structural consultant

- liaising on ordering and pricing of materials, and measurement and material planning

- monitoring RCC, PCC, plaster work, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical work, colour/paint work, and interior and exterior finishing work

- ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹35,000/- per month

Experience: 3 yrs and above in site engineering for residential/bungalow construction — managing complete construction, contractors and multiple activities like RCC, PCC, plaster work, flooring, tiles work, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical work, colour work, interior and exterior finishing work, measurement and material planning; maintaining daily site report and progress report; coordinating with architect and structural consultant

Responsibility: Civil + Interior work, and complete delivery of the project

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
