Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Specialist located in Bapatla. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs, manage learning systems, and create instructional materials to support employee learning and organizational development. You will conduct skill gap analyses, coach employees on professional development, and ensure training initiatives align with company objectives. Collaboration with teams to improve processes and support a culture of continuous improvement is also a fundamental part of this position.

Qualifications

- Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management for implementing and overseeing effective training programs
- Proficiency in Instructional Design for creating engaging and comprehensive learning materials




- Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to provide guidance and foster employee development
- Robust organizational and analytical skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or food processing industry is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
