About the Role

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements, business objectives, and user needs.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems and UI components.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys.
- Ensure designs work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Review implemented designs and provide feedback for improvements.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and design best practices.
- Maintain well-organized design files and documentation.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping.




- Understanding of user flows and information architecture.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of usability and accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with design systems and reusable components.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research.
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, or mobile applications.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must have a portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.
