Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

Skilled Certifications desirable.

Technical Skills and Experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and Network management.

Proficiency in managing Desktop hardware/software, OS imaging, and patch management, Printers and peripherals (configuration, troubleshooting), Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi APs).





Record and audit all IT assets, Experience with Asset management systems and ticketing tools.

Change management and incident resolution processes. Familiarity with hardware BOM analysis.

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., system/network administrators).

Knowledge of compliance and IT security standards.
