Role
We are looking for a BDE with strong field sales experience to drive sales and expand our retail, dealer and distributor network across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through field visits.
Develop and manage retailers, dealers and distributors.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships and close sales.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Conduct dealer meets, promotions and product launches.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Follow up on collections and prepare sales reports.

Candidate Profile
2–3 years of Field Sales experience – Mandatory.
Experience in Bags, Luggage, Footwear, School Supplies, Apparel, Uniforms, Accessories or Consumer Products preferred.
Robust Retail / Channel / Dealer / Distributor Sales experience.
Tamil fluency is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Valid driving licence preferred.
