Jewellery Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years in Jewellery

Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain gold, diamond, silver and other jewellery products.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their budget and preferences.
- Handle showroom sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales service.
- Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom standards.
- Assist with billing, stock handling and inventory management.
- Maintain good knowledge of jewellery designs, purity, pricing and making charges.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond and jewellery products.
- Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Knowledge of local language and English preferred.
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: As per experience + Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
