Sales & Marketing Assistant – RoboScholar

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support RoboScholar’s growth in the STEM education sector. The role involves generating leads, contacting schools and parents, promoting Robotics & STEM programs, managing follow-ups, and supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads from schools, parents, and educational institutions.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule demos, workshops, school meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead and customer records and track sales activities.
- Support social media, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the team for workshops, events, and student enrollments.




- Build and maintain relationships with schools and parents.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and social media.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Interest in STEM, Robotics, Education, or Technology is an advantage.

Location: Pune
Employment: Full time / Part-time
Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
