We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive strategic hiring, and lead recruitment initiatives across technical and specialized functions. The ideal candidate should have solid team handling, stakeholder management, sourcing, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop effective talent sourcing and hiring strategies for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Handle recruitment for IT/Technical, Product, and specialized roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand manpower requirements.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team and monitor hiring targets.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing platforms to build robust talent pipelines.




- Track recruitment MIS, KPIs, hiring metrics, and performance reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Senior/Lead recruitment role.
- Mandatory team handling experience.
- Strong experience in IT/Technical recruitment and specialized hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities.
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to close complex and senior-level positions.
