Industry - Events Management

Experience in Graphic Designing- 6 months-2years

Location - Annanagar , Chennai

Job type- Full time /Work from office

Salary upto 25k per month

Office Timings - 10-6PM

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative concepts and designs for events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, launches, and corporate functions.
- Design event branding materials such as backdrops, stage designs, standees, banners, invitations, brochures, certificates, signage, badges, and event collaterals.
- Develop engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
- Create presentations, mood boards, event proposals, and client-facing design concepts.
- Work closely with the event planners, marketing team, production team, and clients to understand creative requirements.
- Adapt designs according to different event themes, brand guidelines, sizes, and production requirements.
- Prepare artwork for print and ensure files meet production specifications.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines,



particularly during peak event periods.
- Stay updated with current design trends, typography, color combinations, and visual styles.
- Make revisions based on client and internal feedback while maintaining design quality.
- Coordinate with printers, fabricators, vendors, and production teams when required.
- Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all event touchpoints

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing for live events and event venues.
- Basic knowledge of 3D/event-space design or tools such as SketchUp is an advantage.
- Basic motion graphics/video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience with large-format printing and event production artwork.
- Ability to develop creative themes and concepts from scratch.
