About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements and supporting them throughout their jewellery-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Support sales targets and contribute to showroom sales.
- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the team for billing and other sales-related activities.
- Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.

Requirements





- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
