Manpower Field Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Sriperumbudur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily manpower sourcing and mobilization.
- Coordinate employee joining, deployment, and attendance.
- Supervise field recruiters and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and workers for daily manpower needs.
- Monitor absenteeism, replacement, and workforce availability.
- Maintain daily manpower reports and submit updates to management.
- Visit client sites and resolve employee-related issues.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Field recruitment/manpower handling experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
