We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team on a Work-from-Home basis.

This is a versatile sales opportunity where you can make customer calls during your available/free time. Leads will be provided, and your earnings will be based on the successful conversion of leads into customers.

This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and interested in earning based on their sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
- Promote the company's products and services through telephone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update the company regarding lead status and sales progress.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and ensure professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, sales,



or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence may also apply.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile/online communication tools.

Compensation

The more qualified leads you successfully convert, the more you can earn.
