Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and store-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Work closely with store and management teams to understand staffing requirements.
- Conducting exist interviews and documentations by coordinating with HR.




- Coordinating Employee engagement activities.
- Maintaining Subsequent reports.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source and screen suitable candidates.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
