Job Title: Head COE (Performance & Rewards)

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Brief & Responsibilities:
We are looking for Head COE (Performance & Rewards) with experience in following core areas.

- Manpower Planning

o Job Mapping / Job Description / Productivity to be benchmarked

o Manpower Budgets: Annual & Half Yearly linked with ABP Targets

o Manpower Cost to Sales Ratio Finalization

- Performance Management

o Performance Evaluation Processes across Business Verticals

o Org wide Competency Framework to be derived and implemented

o Develop and Implementation of Succession Planning frameworks

- Per Manpower Productivity
- Manpower Cost to Sales Ratio
- C&B;

o Compensation Ranges for each Band & Grade:



Paymix and Pay Structure

o PLB / Variable Pay Scheme and impact measurement on ABP / Strategy on quarterly / monthly. Half year - measures, payouts etc.

o Industry benchmarking (each vertical): Last 5 years trend on increment / average manpower cost to sales ratio

Key Requirements:

- MBA (with major in HR management) from Tier 1 / 2 colleges
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in high growth start-up is preferred
- Prior experience of working with external consultants for comp benchmarking, PMS model etc.
- Knowledge of Capability frameworks & Productivity metrics
- Robust in reporting and analytics
- High on Ownership and Execution
