About the Role
We're hiring Spanish-speaking Collections Agents for a First Party Collections process (Spanish voice) based in Kharadi, Pune. Great opportunity for candidates with collections experience and solid Spanish language skills to join a stable, high-paying international voice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound Spanish voice calls for first-party collections
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Spanish-speaking customers
- Meet daily and monthly collection and quality targets
- Maintain accurate call logs and account records
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant collections/BPO experience
- Spanish language proficiency at B2 level — must read, write, and speak fluently
- Based in Pune or able to commute daily to Kharadi (this role does not include relocation assistance)
- Willing to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
