Job Summary

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines used in furniture and retail interior manufacturing. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operations, reading drawings, executing programs, and ensuring quality production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for furniture and interior manufacturing.
- Set up machines and execute CNC programs as per production requirements.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand technical drawings and cutting specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
- Check finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Identify machine issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.




- Maintain production records and follow daily production targets.
- Follow all safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Relevant Technical Qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, woodwork, or interior manufacturing preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and programs.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and machine safety procedures.
- Valuable attention to detail and quality.
