HR Executive – MBA Fresher

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
Experience: Freshers – MBA HR graduates from reputed B-schools
Qualification:MBA – HR / Human Resources
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills required

Requirements

- MBA in HR / Human Resources from a reputed B-school
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS
- Valuable understanding of HR fundamentals

Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records
- Assist with payroll inputs and related HR activities
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
