We are seeking an experienced Insurance Follow-Up Specialist to manage outstanding Nephrology insurance claims and ensure timely reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up on unpaid, denied, and outstanding claims.
- Contact insurance companies regarding claim status and payment issues.
- Research and resolve denials, rejections, and billing discrepancies.
- Submit corrected claims and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and account notes.
- Work with billing and clinical teams to resolve issues.
- Use Epic EHR and insurance portals for claim research and follow-up.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- Experience in healthcare insurance follow-up or medical billing.
- Epic experience required.
- Knowledge of U.S.



insurance claims, denials, authorizations, and reimbursement.
- Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
