Job Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Expert with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), SAP ECC Integration, and Central Finance (CFIN). The candidate will be responsible for driving finance transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end R2R processes, and enabling seamless integration between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Central Finance landscapes.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger, financial closing, and reporting.
- Configure and support SAP FI-GL functionalities, including Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variants, Document Types, Posting Period Variants, and Parallel Ledgers.
- Design, implement, and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
- Manage ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance integration using SLT replication.
- Configure and monitor Key Mapping, Value Mapping, and AIF (Application Interface Framework).
- Execute initial load, real-time replication, reconciliation, and error handling activities in Central Finance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide optimal SAP Finance solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure financial data integrity.
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and deployment.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement recommendations.
