ABOUT PENTASPACE DESIGN STUDIO - Pentaspace Design Studio is a leading architectural and design firm headquartered in Mumbai, known for visionary commercial, residential, and master-planning developments that blend aesthetic excellence with functional precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to strengthen our accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance functions.

ROLE OVERVIEW - We are looking for an Account Executive to support our accounts department with day-to-day activities. The candidate should be well-versed in accounting functions and contribute effectively to the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks.




- Maintain accurate entries in Tally.
- Work with GST-related processes.
- Handle TDS-related tasks.
- Maintain daily credit card records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Experience in managing individual accounts.
- Handle professional tax-related work.

Skills Required:

- Strong experience with Tally Prime, Excel, GST, TDS, and Professional Tax.
- Proficient in accounting functions and processes.
