Oversee the production process and manage the production team effectively.

Drive the organization’s engineering strategy, production excellence, and program execution to ensure the delivery of high-reliability and aerospace products.

As a key executive, You will be responsible for scaling operational processes, driving recent product industrialization, and leading high-performing engineering teams to hit critical program milestones.

Establish, guide, and execute the company’s engineering and manufacturing roadmap.

Extensive knowledge in PPAP/APQP and aerospace framework documents relating to supplier manufacturing process as per AS9100

Own the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including technical transfers and industrialisation phases.

Maintain continuous adherence to stringent aerospace standards (AS9100, IPC) and specialized customer specifications.

Provide strategic oversight for all manufacturing operations, driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, tooling, testing, and production.





Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to spearhead operational turnarounds, delivering measurable gains in productivity, cost efficiency, and supply chain reliability.

Ensure operational excellence by balancing cost efficiency, strict timelines, and quality metrics across the portfolio.

Serve as the principal technical liaison for key clients and strategic partners.

Directing engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams to maximize operational efficiency.

Lead to interact with the local suppliers for material and equipment’s requirement, along with the Plant Purchase Cost Savings

Lead to recruit and manage a talented and motivated team including line supervisors and operators.

Building a strong internal succession pipeline to sustain technical excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
