We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing professional who can take responsibility for building and growing a brand across social media.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys planning campaigns, developing new ideas, managing paid promotions and using performance data to decide what should happen next.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete social media and digital marketing cycle — from planning and execution to advertising, analysis and improvement.

Key Areas of Work

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Prepare structured daily, weekly & monthly content plans
- Develop monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories and campaigns
- Generate fresh campaign and promotional ideas
- Plan and execute Meta Ads and paid social campaigns
- Manage targeting, budgets, lead generation and remarketing
- Coordinate with designers and video creators
- Guide content, captions and campaign communication
- Monitor engagement, reach, leads and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and identify improvements




- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
- Research competitors and current digital trends
- Present new growth ideas and upcoming plans to management

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3+ Years
Employment: Full-Time | In office

Candidates should have practical experience in:

Social Media Management • Content Strategy • Meta Ads Manager • Paid Promotions • Lead Generation • Campaign Planning • Analytics • Performance Optimization

Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing will be preferred.

We are specifically looking for someone who can work proactively and bring a plan to the table, rather than depend on daily instructions for what needs to be posted.
