Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on steel castings as per approved procedures and standards.

Check castings for internal defects such as cracks, inclusions, shrinkage, and porosity.

Select and use the correct UT equipment, probes, and calibration blocks.

Calibrate the UT machine before testing and verify equipment performance.

Mark and record defect locations, size, and indications accurately.

Evaluate UT results as per customer specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

Prepare and maintain UT inspection reports and records.

Identify and report non-conforming castings to the Quality/Production team.

Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected castings.

Follow all quality, safety, and inspection procedures.

Coordinate with Quality, Production, and other NDT inspectors for defect evaluation and corrective action.

Qualification: Diploma or Any degree

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
