- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales, revenue, and market growth.
- Monitor leads, conversions, sales performance, and customer follow-ups.
- Coach and support sales executives to enhance productivity and closing skills.
- Handle key customer negotiations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and other departments for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat and referral business.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
