- Monitor all trucks through GPS tracking systems.
- Track vehicle location, route, speed, stoppages, and movement.
- Ensure vehicles are following the assigned routes.
- Monitor vehicles from trip start to destination.
- Check departure, arrival, delays, and unauthorized stoppages.
- Update trip status regularly.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding route, delays, breakdowns, and emergencies.
- Contact drivers in case of unusual vehicle movement or prolonged stoppage.
- Monitor GPS alerts such as overspeeding, route deviation, long stoppage, and vehicle idling.
- Immediately report critical issues to the Operations Manager/Supervisor.
- Maintain daily vehicle tracking records.
- Update trip sheets, vehicle movement reports, and exception reports.
- Maintain records of delays, stoppages, route deviations, and incidents.




- Prepare daily vehicle tracking/MIS reports.
- Share pending-trip and delayed-vehicle reports with the Operations Team.
- Maintain accurate records for management review.
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, Accounts, and Drivers.
- Inform the concerned department about breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
- Monitor unauthorized vehicle usage and deviations.
- Ensure proper utilization of vehicles and adherence to company procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
