Job Title : Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the Western Mumbai real estate market and an established network of Channel Partners (CPs) from Bhayandar to Andheri.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners / Brokers.
- Conduct regular CP visits and communicate project USP, pricing, schemes, and incentives.
- Generate walk-ins, site visits, re-visits, and closures through the CP network.
- Set CP targets, monitor performance, and drive business generation.
- Handle CP queries and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
- Support the closing team in negotiation, coordination, and deal closure.
- Conduct market visits and gather competitor and market intelligence.
- Maintain daily MIS of CP meetings, visits,



walk-ins, and closures.
- Organize CP meets and engagement activities.
- Develop and expand the CP network across the assigned market.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Sales.
- Strong CP/Broker network from Bhayandar to Andheri.
- Excellent knowledge of the Western Mumbai real estate market.
- Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and closure abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.

Pay: ₹295,096.76 - ₹800,000.00 per year
