Statutory Compliance: Handle end-to-end monthly ESi and PF filings, generate challans, and resolve portal queries.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates, and manage recent hire onboarding.
Payroll & Attendance: Maintain employee attendance trackers and compile monthly payroll inputs.
Employee Operations: Address daily staff queries, manage personnel files, and process exit formalities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
