- Identify and onboard new hiring partners across relevant industries
- Coordinate interviews, campus drives, and recruitment events
- Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and employer databases
- Follow up with recruiters for feedback and hiring updates
- Work towards defined placement goals and timelines
Skills Required:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coordination and organizational ability
- Should have working knowledge of Advance Excel
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in placement, or recruitment sector is mandatory
Job Location - Topsia - Kolkata
Working Days - Monday - Saturday - 10am - 7 pm
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
