Job Overview:

HackerKernel is looking for a dedicated and target-driven Upwork Bidder who can generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate should have basic experience in bidding and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized proposals
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Handle client communication (chat, email, calls)
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain bidding records and achieve targets

Required Skills:

- Strong written English communication
- Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, MERN, Shopify,



Webflow, etc.)
- Understanding of Upwork bidding process
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-driven approach
