About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, building solid relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into enrollments. You will work closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers through calls, messages, and online interactions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and community networks.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead conversions across the sales funnel.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Design and execute lead engagement strategies that improve enrollment rates.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and programs to provide effective solutions to customers.




- Create customized proposals, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Ensure quick response times and maintain accurate lead records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and improve offerings.
- Generate revenue.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
