Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development:
- Find new corporate clients, event planners, and social groups through cold calling, networking, and direct sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate food and beverage prices, contracts, and service terms with clients.
- Track sales leads, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Client Management:
- Meet clients to understand their event needs, budget, and dietary requests.
- Create custom proposals, quotations, and catering menus.
- Nurture long-term relationships to secure repeat business.
- Operations Coordination:
- Act as the bridge between the client and the kitchen/logistics teams.
- Ensure off-site execution matches the agreed quality standards and timelines.
- Collect guest feedback and resolve any post-event issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in hospitality sales,



banquet sales, or outdoor catering operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, solid negotiation tactics, and high energy.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or catering management software.
