Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Executive to manage day-to-day transportation activities, vehicle coordination, driver management, and delivery operations. The candidate should ensure timely and efficient movement of materials and goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily transportation and vehicle movement.
- Plan and schedule vehicles based on delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely reporting and dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
- Maintain daily vehicle and trip records.
- Prepare and maintain transport-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and service schedules.
- Handle vehicle breakdowns and other transportation-related issues.
- Verify driver documents, vehicle documents, permits, insurance,



and other required records.
- Maintain records of trips, kilometers, fuel, expenses, and delivery details.
- Support logistics and dispatch teams in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly transport reports for management.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Transport / Logistics / Dispatch operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of transportation and vehicle operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and multiple vehicle movements.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
