An F&B; Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant, banquet, or room-service operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions to guests.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Operate the POS/billing system and ensure accurate billing.
- Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Refill condiments, cutlery, crockery,



and other service items as required.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet functions, conferences, and special events.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain proper grooming and wear the prescribed uniform.
- Assist in opening and closing the outlet.
- Monitor and report damaged or missing equipment and service items.
- Support the Supervisor/Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Promote additional food and beverage items to increase sales.
- Maintain positive communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
