We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to join our team and assist students and parents with information about educational courses and admission-related services.

The role involves communicating with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the counselling team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact students and parents through phone calls and respond to enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, admission procedures, and related services.
- Understand students' educational requirements and direct them to suitable courses or counselling support.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and communication.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with students and parents.
- Work towards achieving assigned calling and follow-up goals.

Language Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Malayalam language proficiency is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.





Required Skills

- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead management systems.
- Good follow-up and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer/student requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualification

- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, education consultancy, or admission counselling will be an advantage.
