Enterprising Candidates from Real Estate Industry with Masters Degree (a must) in Finance/Marketing/Real Estate/Operations Only with basic knowledge of

MCGM DCR, Financial Analysis & Modelling, Feasibility Studies, Presentation skills , Operations, Co-ordination, Excellent Presentation skills:

- Conduct feasibility studies,
- Interact with society to projects
- Develop Project Strategy and timelines




- Project Management and monitoring - Co-ordinating among internal teams
- Presentation to investors/societies,
- Facilitate JV's and strategic tie-ups
- Well versed with AI and Technology

The candidate would work closely with the Founder on the Business side

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
