Position: Graphic Designer & WordPress Website Developer

Location: Mumbai Andheri west, India Employment Type: Full-Time.

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & WordPress Website Developer to join our growing business conference company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating professional marketing and event collateral, while also developing, updating and maintaining our conference websites. This is a multi-functional role combining graphic design, WordPress development and basic website management. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design professional conference banners, event creatives and promotional artwork for digital and print use. Design conference prospectuses, brochures, sponsorship documents and event presentations. Create social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms. Design speaker announcements, sponsor announcements, email banners and event advertisements. Maintain consistent branding across all conferences and marketing materials. Work closely with the Conference Production, Guesting and Sales teams to create artwork as required. Make quick design changes and deliver creatives within deadlines. WordPress Website Development Build and develop WordPress websites for conferences and events. Create new event websites using WordPress, themes, plugins and page builders. Update website content including agendas, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, registration information and event details. Ensure websites are responsive and work properly across desktop, tablet and mobile. Install, configure and manage WordPress plugins. Troubleshoot basic website issues and maintain website performance. Manage website updates, backups, security and general maintenance.

Hosting & Website Management -Manage websites hosted on Hostinger or similar hosting platforms. Handle basic hosting, domain,



SSL and email-related website requirements. Upload and manage website files when required. Monitor website performance and resolve basic hosting/technical issues. Coordinate with external technical support when issues require advanced development. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent design software. Good understanding of WordPress. Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage. Experience managing websites through Hostinger or similar hosting platforms. Good understanding of website structure, domains, SSL, plugins and backups. Ability to create qualified corporate and B2B designs. Strong attention to detail and typography. Ability to work on multiple conferences and projects simultaneously. Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and WordPress development preferred. Candidates with strong practical skills and a good portfolio will also be considered, even if their formal experience is less.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
