WORKING HOURS: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday); Saturday and Sunday Off

SALARY ₹ 16,000 /month + Performance-based Commissions

About the job: The selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Working extensively across two main dimensions: editing content for the founder's personal social media brand and editing high-quality videos for our agency clients.
- Editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) across different niches to maintain high viewer retention.
- Adding engaging subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics to improve viewer retention.
- Working on raw footage and structuring it into high-converting, scroll-stopping content.
- Identifying and removing unnecessary pauses and filler words, and improving the overall pacing.
- Replicating viral editing styles and trends to match the founder's and each client's specific content strategy.
- Delivering 2-4 edited videos per day based on workload and deadlines.
- Taking feedback positively, making revisions quickly, and matching brand style expectations.
- Collaborating with the founder and content team to understand hooks, storytelling, and client briefs.

Other requirements

- Must share a portfolio or sample edited Reels/Shorts during the application/interview process.
- Comfortable working with AI tools (CapCut AI, Runway, or similar) to speed up workflow.
- Looking for a dedicated team player who takes ownership and meets daily deadlines consistently.
