Job Summary

Ravindra Heraeus Private Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD, mechanical design, and production processes.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Design mechanical components, assemblies, fixtures, and tooling.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and improve production processes for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to design and production.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
- Support new product development and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment.




- Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical drafting/design.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in fabrication and industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement practices.
