Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer – MEP (Projects) to manage and coordinate MEP project execution activities at site. The role involves supervision of MEP works, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, quality control, testing, commissioning, and coordination with other project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Manage installation and execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and utility systems.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, project managers, and other disciplines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Inspect MEP installations for quality, compliance, and workmanship.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of MEP systems.
- Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor measurements, quantities, work progress, and support billing verification.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Qualification & Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 7–9 years of experience in MEP project execution and site coordination.
- Solid experience in industrial/building projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong contractor and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Good communication, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
