About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, animation, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging content for digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and promotional content.
- Develop creative visual concepts based on briefs and campaign requirements.
- Design and animate text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Add transitions, effects, sound, music, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity, and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, editing styles, and social media formats.




- Take feedback positively and make revisions as required.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Robust knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content and social media creatives.
- Good sense of timing, transitions, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a strong design sense.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with 3D animation or Cinema 4D/Blender will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and video editing.
- Experience working on digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, or brand content.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative and video-generation tools is a plus.
