Key Responsibilities
* Manage tender opportunities and timely bid submissions
* Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQ & cost estimates
* Conduct rate analysis, contract review & risk assessment
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Finance teams
* Handle tender portals, client clarifications & negotiations
* Maintain tender documentation and reports
