We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Telecalling & Billing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Explain mattress products, prices, offers, and services.
- Follow up with customers and generate sales leads.
- Prepare customer bills and invoices.
- Maintain sales and billing records.
- Handle cash/UPI/card payment entries.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery team.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of billing software / MS Excel is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in tele calling or billing will be preferred.
