Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Producer-Editor to join our content production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in video editing, YouTube content, short-form content and digital media.

You will work on end-to-end video production, including editing, short-form content creation, captions, graphics, thumbnails and basic publishing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form video content for YouTube.
- Create engaging Shorts and Reels from long-form footage.
- Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, music and B-roll.
- Ensure videos have positive pacing, storytelling and visual flow.
- Create basic thumbnails using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist with video titles, descriptions, chapters and end screens.
- Maintain organised project files and assets.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions quickly.
- Ensure videos are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Support the team with day-to-day content production requirements.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of CapCut is preferred.
- Basic understanding of YouTube video editing.




- Understanding of short-form content such as YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of current digital-content trends.

Preferred

- Internship or academic experience in video editing.
- Personal YouTube channel or social-media content experience.
- Portfolio/showreel of edited videos.
- Basic understanding of storytelling and content production.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio, showreel or sample video.

Freshers may submit college projects, personal projects, YouTube videos, Reels or other editing samples.
